Pianist and composer, he has always combined classical studies, which he completed with top marks and honors at the "D. Cimarosa" Conservatory in Avellino, with an interest in other musical genres and languages, such as jazz and world music. He was a student at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. He is the winner of several piano and composition competitions. He has recorded and published several albums. His scores are published and distributed worldwide. His compositional and performing work in recent years has focused primarily on promoting his native land (Symphony No. 1 "Abellana" for Soloists, Chorus, and Large Orchestra; At the Old Castle of Avella - Four Visions for piano solo) and Campania Felix (On the Path of the Gods - Melologue for narrator and chamber group inspired by an old legend of the Amalfi Coast). Oderigi Lusi served as "Composer in Residence" for the Campania Philharmonic Orchestra (from 2015 to 2023), with which he published and premiered several works, including Nuvolo innamorato (a one-act ballet inspired by a fairy tale by Nazim Hikmet). The score received awards in Italy (National Academy of Dance in Rome) and the USA (Silver Medal at the Global Music Awards). He has performed hundreds of concerts, from solo piano to chamber ensembles and symphony orchestras, performing both repertoire pieces and his own compositions.
